Moon Diary

This is a fantastic project to send home if you are studying our solar system, the moon, or just as a nice way to get your students to spend some time in the outdoors looking at this fascinating topic. They will head outside each night to observe the moon, looking at how it changes over the month and recording it in their moon diary.

This activity can work really well before you start your topic, giving you a good starting point for some interesting discussions and activities as well as getting your class excited and engaged in this amazing subject.
