Gravity STEM Challenge - Forces and Motion - The Water Race

This outdoor STEM challenge engages students in teamwork as they explore the forces and motion topic, with a particular focus on gravity. Their challenge is to transport water from a bucket at the top of a hill or set of stairs to buckets at the bottom, using only a bucket and a length of hose.

After completing the activity, students can fill out the evaluation sheet, which encourages them to reflect on the effectiveness of their method and how well they worked together as a team.
