What our students eat is extremely important for their development, concentration, and health. This March is National Nutrition Month. This is a great opportunity to think about what we can do to live a healthy lifestyle, from exercise to growing our own food in the garden. Why not head outside and take part in some of our physical science investigations or start your very own vegetable garden!

Activity ideas:

Keeping healthy QR quiz.

The Growing Race – Students will grow their own plants and track their growth rates with this fun investigation.

Has an outdoor session you have run been particularly successful? Or not as the case may be! Either way, we would love to feature your experiences in our newsletter. Get in touch with us at hello@educateoutside.com.

Keep inspiring and bringing joy into your classroom.
